"Blue Grid Gas & Power", is a company incorporated under the laws of Greece, emerged as a partnership between Greek investors specializing in marine asset management, and Eurosite Power, an energy services company with a multitude of successful combined Heat and Power projects in the UK. The registered company number is 142328401000, the registered tax number is 800829207 and the company is having its corporate seat and registered offices at 227 Kifissias Avenue, 14561 Kifissia, Greece (hereinafter referred to as "Blue Grid ")

This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Grid (“Blue Grid”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, and share information and the options available to you. If you have any questions, you may contact us. See the “17. Contacting Us” section below.  We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please consult this Privacy Policy regularly for updates. See “16. Changes to this Privacy Policy” below for more information.   This Privacy Policy applies to all our services, directly or indirectly made available online, through any browsing device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website, our mobile application or any of our applications through whatever platform and/or by expressing an interest in our services, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and be legally bound by the Privacy Policy set out below.

1. The Blue Grid Website

Blue Grid is a website, whose objective is to provide clean and affordable energy to Users who stand to benefit from it, regardless of their location. We aim to achieve this by developing modular supply chains based on transportable and easy to deploy equipment, allowing us to deliver natural gas, electricity, heat and cooling to remote locations. Members can express their interest in our services via the Blue Grid website www.BlueGrid.gr.

By registering and consenting to T&Cs as well as to the present Privacy Policy, natural persons and legal entities may become Members of Blue Grid. Natural persons must be over 18 years of age, in accordance with the applicable laws in order to use Blue Grid services. Individuals under such age may use Blue Grid services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who shall be responsible for all their activities. The registration of and use of the Software by a legal entity may only be undertaken by a duly authorized natural person who must be specifically named.

When registering, Users are obliged to provide true, accurate, current and complete information and must keep it current and up-to-date at all times. In particular, Users must provide personal details, namely real name (or corporate name), phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. By submitting their registration request, Users represent and warrant that all details/information submitted are both true, valid and correct. Should there be a change of the registration information, it must be notified immediately to Blue Grid at the following e-mail address info@bluegrid.gr.

Blue Grid reserves the right to modify registration requirements from time to time. For further information about how Blue Grid works and what are the rights and obligations of Blue Grid Members, please refer to Blue Grid’s Terms & Conditions here.

Maintenance performed on the Blue Grid website, from time to time, can have an adverse effect on its availability. Maintenance work will be, as far as possible, performed with the minimum of inconvenience to Μembers and Users, and if such work is to be of considerable duration, Μembers will be given sufficient notice.

2. Blue Grid as Data Controller

"BLUE GRID", as a company incorporated under the laws of Greece with registered company number 142328401000 and registered tax number 800829207, having its corporate seat and registered offices at 227 Kifissias Avenue, 14561 Kifissia, Greece, is the data controller of personal information collected and processed through Blue Grid e-mail address for the provision of our services.

3. What does this Privacy Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy covers the information that we may collect or receive through all website, application, service, or tool (collectively “Services”), regardless of how you access or use them, including through mobile devices.

Your privacy is important to us and we have taken steps to ensure that we do not collect more information from you than is necessary for us to provide you with our services. We appreciate your trust in Blue Grid to use carefully and sensibly the information that you provide by filling or express your interest in our services form, that is to be found available in our website.

Information including name, address, phone number, and email address, will be collected at the time of Member registration on the website.  If you are registering a Blue Grid account through social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter, we may collect your account name and profile photo at those platforms. 

4. Collection of Information

We may collect personal information (defined as personal data) from you and any device (including mobile devices), including your real name, user name, email address, phone number. For example, we collect INFORMATION YOU GIVE US, when You:

• use our website and Blue Grid Services;
• express your interest in our services;
• request information about the Blue Grid Services through our website form;
• update or add information of your data, or
• otherwise correspond with us

The decision to provide this information is optional, however, if you elect not to provide such information, you will not be able to complete the registration process, and receive an offer on our services or otherwise contacting us.

We use your personal information to Operate, Provide and Improve our Services, to contact you about our Services, to fulfill a contract with you and to comply with our legal obligations, to provide You with a personalized experience on Blue Grid, to verify your identity.

We may also use your data in order to process your registration as a user, and manage your interest request. Where applicable we use your data to provide you with customer assistance, helpdesk services and to respond effectively to your queries, feedback or/and claims and fulfill your requests.

7. Opt-Out

Email Addresses
If you do not wish to receive emails from Blue Grid, then please send an e-mail here info@bluegrid.gr to express your wish to be removed from our e-mailing lists. If you do not wish to receive marketing emails, or services emails, then please follow the opt-out instructions on any marketing email you receive. Please note that, if you request to be removed from our email clientele list, then you may still receive non-marketing emails, such as confirmations from us regarding any expression of interest for our services.

8. Information sharing and disclosure of Personal Data

Your personal information (such as name, phone number and email address) collected from Blue Grid may be shared:

12. Use of Blue Grid by Minors

Our Services are not intended for, nor directed to, individuals under the age of 18, and we request that these individuals, and any other individual considered a minor under applicable law, do not provide personal information through any of the Blue Grid Services. This section of the Privacy Policy applies only if you use our website or services covered by this Privacy Policy from a country that is a Member State of the European Union, and supplements the information in this Privacy Policy.

Once posted on the website, the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately.
